Account Deletion Policy

Divinemom allows users to request permanent deletion of their account and associated personal data, in compliance with Google Play policies.


How to Delete Your Account

Users can delete their Divinemom account in two ways:


By Email Request

If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by email.

Send an email to:

  1. Registered email or mobile number
  2. Reason for deletion (optional)

What Data Is Deleted

Once your request is processed, we will permanently delete:

  1. Your account profile
  2. Personal information (name, email, phone, address)
  3. Saved addresses
  4. Login credentials

Data Retention (Legal Requirement)

Certain data may be retained for a limited period if required by law, including:

  1. Order records
  2. Tax and invoice data

Such data is retained only for legal compliance and not used for marketing.

Deletion Timeline

  1. Account deletion is completed within 7–14 business days
  2. You will receive confirmation once deletion is complete
