Refunds are processed only under eligible conditions as outlined below.
Eligibility for Refund
A refund may be initiated if:
- The product is damaged or defective upon delivery
- An incorrect product is delivered
- The order is cancelled before shipment (where applicable)
Refund Process
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be initiated
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method only
- Processing time: 5–10 business days after approval
Non-Refundable Items
- Used or damaged products (unless defective on arrival)
- Products marked as non-returnable
- Shipping and handling charges (unless delivery fault is ours)
