Refunds are processed only under eligible conditions as outlined below.


Eligibility for Refund

A refund may be initiated if:

  1. The product is damaged or defective upon delivery
  2. An incorrect product is delivered
  3. The order is cancelled before shipment (where applicable)


Refund Process

  1. Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be initiated
  2. Refunds are processed to the original payment method only
  3. Processing time: 5–10 business days after approval


Non-Refundable Items

  1. Used or damaged products (unless defective on arrival)
  2. Products marked as non-returnable
  3. Shipping and handling charges (unless delivery fault is ours)
